East Grading Expectations/Explanations

  • Amesbury Middle School EAST Grade Explanation and Meaning

     

    -          An E means the student has completed proficient work on all content learning objectives and advanced work on some learning objectives.

     

    -          An S means the student has completed proficient work on most or all content learning objectives.

     

    -          A U means the student has completed proficient work on at least one-half of the course objectives but is missing some important objectives and potentially is at significant risk of not meeting enough of required course objectives for the quarter or semester. Therefore, the student would not have the minimum skills necessary to progress successfully within this course at the next grade level.
