Login to Outlook Web App

3.       Select the appropriate security option for the location where you are

          accessing your mail.

Public or Shared computer: Select this option if you use Outlook Web App on a public computer. Be sure to sign out when you've finished and close all windows to end your session.

Private computer: Select this option if you're the only person who uses this computer. The server will allow a longer period of inactivity before signing you out.

*Optional: The light version of Outlook Web App includes fewer features. Use it if you're on a slow connection or using a computer with unusually strict browser security settings.

4.      Enter your Domain\Username in the box provided

(*hint: Your domain is either: AES, AHS, AMS, Amesbury, APS, Central or CES, and your username is your last name and first initial. Example: Jane doe = doej)

If Jane Doe works at Amesbury Elementary School.  She would enter her domain\username in the box provided like this:

aes\doej

Or, she could enter it like this:

doej@aes

Both methods of entry work. You can choose which is easiest for you to remember.

5.       Enter your password in the box provided. (* hint: This is the same

password you would use to log onto your computer at work.)

6.       Click the Sign in button

If you need more help or can't remember your password, contact the MIS staff member for your building, via another email account or by phone during regular work hours.
