  • Please use this form to request help from the Amesbury Public Schools Information Technology Department ONLY if your account has been disabled or if you have a TECHNICAL problem with the Aspen website.

    If you've logged in at least once, but forgotten your password, please use the 'I forgot my password' link in Aspen, rather than using this form. If you've gotten an 'Invalid Login' message, use the 'I forgot my password' link.

    If you cannot remember your username, please contact the school office. Once you've verified your email address, your username will be sent to you so that you can use the 'I forgot my password' link to reset your password.

    If you've never logged on and have lost the original welcome letter with your username, password and instructions, please contact the school office so that the information can be re-sent to you.
