The faculty and staff at the Amesbury Innovation High School are an exceptional group of educators and support personnel.  They are dedicated to empowering students, while providing them with academic skills and knowledge they will use to succeed after their graduation from high school.

Eryn Maguire is the principal of Amesbury Innovation High School.  She was a math and science teacher at Amesbury Academy for 7 years before becoming the principal.  She is dedicated to the well-being and academic success of each and every student.  She has a Master's in Public Health, a CAGS in Administration, and an LSW.

Bethany Noseworthy came to the school in 2002.  She is the Guidance and Adjustment Counselor, as well as the Senior Class Adviser.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Southern Maine and her Masters Degree in Education in School Counseling PK-12 from Salem State College. 

Mike Hildt teaches mathematics at AIHS. He served two years in the Peace Corps in Ghana and is a native of Amesbury. Mike received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a M. Ed in Moderate Disabilities from Cambridge College. His expertise in the area of alternative education is a valuable asset to the program. 

James Gaudreau is the English Language Arts teacher.

Dan Swansen teaches science at AIHS. He has extensive knowledge of Biology, Ecology, and other Life Sciences from his studies at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. "Dan the Man" has  gained the respect of students and staff since joining the AIHS faculty in 2015. His easy-going nature and affinity for science and video games have given him a reputation as "a pretty chill dude".

Evan Melanson is a Special Education Teacher who studied Psychology and Criminal Justice at Michigan State University. He quickly took to the field of education. Evan's upbeat personality and quick-witted sense of humor make him an easy person to talk to and work with.

Charles Wright is a Special Education Teacher.  Charles is also a graduate of AIHS. He graduated in 2017 and went on to get a Special Education Degree, following in the footsteps of Mike Hidlt, who he took inspiration from while he was a student at AIHS. He recently graduated from Southern New Hampshire University. Charles is happy he is now able to give back to the school that helped him.  

Jon Kezer is the Social Studies teacher at AIHS.

Bret Williams is a paraprofessional at AIHS. 

Karen Myszkowski is the AIHS secretary.

Mike Tanzella is the AIHS maintenance and grounds person.
