This message is from Amesbury High school regarding work permits. The office will be available to issue work permits on Mon.--Fri. from 8am until 2pm. Attached to this email is the youth employment application that will need to be completed before coming to the high school. Along with the completed form you will need to bring a copy of your birth certificate. If you do not attend Amesbury schools you will need to bring a document that has your physical address on it.
